Japanese 25-year Reanalysis Project (JRA-25) was started for five-year period from 2001 to 2005, based on collabolation between Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) and Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry (CRIEPI). The object is to produce high quality climatological dataset to enhance seasonal prediction model and climatological studies, and to acquire accurate global climate change.
	JRA-25 was completed its calculation in March 2006. The JRA-25 official data preparation for research use was completed and the new web site of JRA-25 was opened. http://jra.kishou.go.jp/ The download service from "Evaluation Group" was terminated. Since a part of JRA-25 data were recalculated due to problems of the data assimilation, the data for the period were replaced in the offical JRA-25 data. Data for the next periods were replaced; Jan. 1982 Jan., Feb., Nov. 1992 From Jan. 1994 to Jan. 2002
